The Old Barn Bed and Breakfast is situated mid way between Ashford and Tenterden, just on the edge of Bethersden village. It is known for its exposed beamed bedrooms and mouth watering breakfasts.

Situated in the heart of the "Darling buds of May country",  The Old Barn is a good central base for visiting all the local sights and National Trust properties:

Canterbury, Dixter, Pluckley, Rye, Sissinghurst, Smarden, Tenterden, The Marsh.  Rare Breeds Centre - Woodchurch, Kent & East Sussex Railway

Convenient for both Eurostar at Ashford, Eurotunnel at Folkestone and the sea crossings at Dover.

Its now only 37 minutes into central London from Ashford International station.

Best B&B we've stayed in! Fabulous! Five stars from us! ”

We've had a wonderful time this weekend celebrating my husbands 40th birthday, the house is stunning, clean and spacious, it's so warm and cosy we didn't want to go out! The welcome from the hosts was perfect with unexpected personal touches to make our stay more memorable! Breakfast was fabulous and first class, really tasty and hot! We will not hesitate to return and will be recommending to friends! A little gem in a lovely village with a nice local pub to go for a meal and drink. Well done Leslie and Andrew, five from us.
